Ordering & pricing
Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Orders are offers; we may decline/refund if stock/pricing errors occur.

Shipping
We dispatch to Australian addresses via Sendle/Australia Post. Timeframes are estimates only. Risk passes on delivery.

Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns
For faulty or damaged items, contact us at sydfone@gmail.com with your order number.

Faulty/Damaged items: We will cover return shipping where required by law and provide a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns: Accepted if the item is unopened, sealed, and returned in its original condition within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return postage.

Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store card details.
